Refund Policy

At Career Edu Group (CEG), we are committed to providing our clients with excellent service and helping them achieve their educational goals. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a client needs to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which CEG will issue refunds for our study abroad consultancy services.

Services Covered

This refund policy applies to all services offered by CEG, including but not limited to:

  • University application consulting
  • Visa application assistance
  • Pre-departure guidance
  • Support services while studying abroad

Refund Amount

The amount of a refund will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the services rendered.

  • Full Refund:If a client cancels their consultation agreement with CEG before we begin working on their application materials, they will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund:If a client cancels their consultation agreement after we have begun working on their application materials, a partial refund may be issued based on the services rendered. No refund will be issued for services already completed.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Application fees for universities or visa applications
  • Courier charges
  • Charges for third-party services

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please submit a written request to refund@careeredugroup.com Your request should include your name, contact information, and the reason for your cancellation.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your written request. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
