As an accomplished Chief Operating Officer with 19 years of multifaceted experience in Education Management, Civil Engineering, and Overseas Immigration, I possess a unique blend of expertise that consistently drives growth, innovation, and operational excellence. My career journey has encompassed a variety of roles, including Engineer, Education Advisor, Staff Manager, Operations Director, Co-founder, and COO.
In Civil Engineering, I have successfully led large-scale projects for multinational corporations across India and the UAE. My portfolio spans the design and execution of numerous commercial and residential developments, including expansive residential communities and public parks. In 2011, I founded Afcon Constructions Pvt. Ltd., where I have overseen the successful delivery of high-quality projects, further establishing my reputation in the industry.
In the realm of Education Management, my mission is to equip the next generation for success in a rapidly evolving digital world. I lead initiatives such as seminars, virtual education fairs, and study abroad awareness programs, significantly enhancing student engagement and outcomes. Under my leadership, participation in study abroad programs has increased by 50% over two years, and I have forged strategic partnerships with universities and organizations, expanding our program offerings by 25%.
